• We will not sell you just one goat. You must have other goats or buy two

                             HOLLOW MAPLE FARM

                         PURCHASING AGREEMENT

• A deposit of 50% of purchase price (minimum of $50.00) is required to reserve a goat

• Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis.

 

• Deposits will be forfeited if buyer backs out of sale.

 

• If goats are not picked up on agreed pick-up date, a $3.00 per day, per goat boarding fee will be charged.

• Goats not picked up within 30 days of agreed pick-up date will become property of Hollow Maple Farm and no refund will be given on any money paid.

 

• All fees and balances are to be paid-in-full on or before agreed pick-up date.

• If any goat becomes ill or deceased while in our care before leaving the farm, we will give buyer the opportunity to have the deposit refunded or buyer can select another goat.

 

• Any health certificates or tests are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

• If any goat becomes ill or deceased once removed from the farm, we are not held responsible.

 

• All sales are final.

• We reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone for any reason at any time.
